Tourist destinations in India are witnessing a spike in bookings as travellers choose domestic holidays. Several states had issued guidelines for travellers and imposed new curbs. 
Despite the rise in demand, the tourism sector still faces an uncertain season due to the Omicron variant.Several states have already issued guidelines for travellers and imposed new curbs.

Amid worldwide Omicron surge, tourist destinations in India are witnessing a spike in bookings as travellers choose domestic holidays.
The Indian tourist destinations are now being explored by those travellers who earlier preferred popular year-end hotspots such as London Dubai Singapore.
